I have a passion and desire to do my part in connecting with trauma survivors and helping them to nurture self-love and love for others! This can be very challenging after tragedy strikes and it can close your heart to the giving and receiving of love – which you desperately need and deserve in your life! The show consists of episodes that nurture you with a mind/body/spirit approach through education, tools and techniques, personal testimonies from me and other Wounded Healers, and a dose of wacky to help you remember how important laughter is for healing!
